Commerce replatform for a premium apparel label
A headless storefront rebuild focused on product storytelling and a frictionless checkout.

Overview
Aurelia Studio sells limited-run apparel across India and the Middle East. Their legacy storefront could not handle drop-day traffic and product pages loaded slowly on mobile.
The problem
Drop launches created traffic spikes the old platform could not absorb. Mobile product pages were slow, filtering was unusable on small screens, and the checkout required too many steps.
Our solution
We rebuilt the storefront on a headless architecture with edge-cached product data, redesigned collection filtering for mobile first, and reduced checkout to a two-step flow with saved addresses and express payment options.
The result
Drop days now run without downtime, mobile product pages load in under a second, and the merchandising team ships new collection pages without developer involvement.
